Refuse Sacks

We have the ability to produce refuse sacks in a variety of colours, clear or black, with or without print. Our extrusion capability allows us to produce an extensive size range, from small bags through to pallet cover dimensions. Bags On Roll. Nothing is more frustrating that pulling your bin bag out of the bin and the rubbish pours out from the bottom of the bag. We have specialised in the manufacturer of Bags On Roll for the retail market for over three decades. Made from waste packaging diverted from landfill and into our state-of-the-art recycling centre, our products are available in Own and Private Brand packaging and have the option for shelf ready packaging (SRP).

Flexi Loop Carrier

As the world has become more environmentally aware, we have seen the rise of the “Bag For Life” to replace the widely used and short life cycled single use carrier bag. Designed to be used over and over again, the re-usable bags are much thicker and stronger.

We can assist with the design and artwork of this reusable bag, and have considerable expertise to ensure the bags are produced to the highest levels of quality. We will ensure that they are delivered to your satisfaction and supported all the way to the customers hands.

Closed Loop Recycling

In recent times many businesses and their infrastructure have come under scrutiny for being generators of un-usable waste. Our Partnership Schemes offer a range of options to the table to help achieve the environmental policy goals that are demanded of such generators. Waste segregation at source and bailing are key components that ensure the waste is made usable and becomes a commodity worthy of investment.

We offer a Closed Loop Recycling scheme for our partners, where we can use the waste generated from stores/warehouses and incorporate it into a variety of products. This will aid in reducing their carbon footprint and ensure that these products have the necessary green credentials required to align with the latest Environmental Agency requirements, thus ensuring the best achievable outcome, given the technology of our time.

Packaging Recovery Notes (PRN’s)

Our company ethos is to promote recycling and align ourselves with the legislative requirements relating to our industry. The recycling facilities we have are fully accredited by the Environment Agency, and we have a license to trade, transport or recycle waste within these stringent legal requirements.

We are also an approved re-processor of packaging waste, which means that we utilise this waste in the UK, and not export it to create another potential issue elsewhere.

Much of the waste we collect is from packaging waste streams and is subject to PRN’s, which means we can employ both the closed loop system and the circular economy by assisting our partners with their waste recovery note obligations. With the spotlight on climate and the environment many waste disposal markets internationally have now become far more stringent with the type of waste being accepted from UK waste exporters. With this in mind the export markets are becoming harder to work in and the price of PRN’s will only become more volatile.
